Vendor verification

Sellers complete application and review before offers are publicly active. Verification status is shown when available; it is never fabricated in the UI.

Payments and records

Checkout totals and payment confirmation are server-authoritative. Clients cannot set final prices or invent payment success.

Delivery and disputes

Delivery progress appears when logistics events are available. Disputes are handled through support workflows with audit trails for sensitive actions.

Refunds follow marketplace, seller and domain-specific policies. See Returns / Refunds.

Fraud controls

Rate limits, webhook verification, vault access audits and privilege checks reduce risk. No platform can claim zero fraud.
